Your newly installed windows, doors or glazed extension is complete – so, what happens now? Dedicated to the delivery of a transparent service for each and every one of our customers, allow us to explain the next steps that follow the high-quality Droylsden Glass installation process.
1. Product warranties & guarantees
Once the work is complete, you’ll be supplied with the product warranties and guarantees regarding our first-class workmanship. This will also include comprehensive literature on specific product aftercare, so you can extend the life of your new home improvement at your leisure if you wish.
2. Final payment due
Now that you’ve confirmed that you’re happy with the entirety of the work, we will send out a final payment notice with payment details enclosed. If you have any problems surrounding payment in the meantime, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our friendly team who will be more than happy to help.
3. CERTASS certificate
As accredited CERTASS installers, we will notify CERTASS of the work and they will issue your Building Regulation Compliance Certificate (to your address) within 10 working days of receiving the notification.
What is CERTASS?
CERTASS is an industry-standard self-certification scheme, that proves to homeowners that a double glazing installer is a competent person who adheres to current building regulations, energy efficiency targets and high-quality workmanship standards.
Your satisfaction is our first priority
If you’re ever unhappy with any part of our work, we urge you to get in touch with us to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Once you’ve got in touch and let us know what the issue is, we’ll send out our Service Engineer who will go out of their way to address your concerns.
Furthermore, if you need to claim on any warranties or guarantees our customer service team is only a phone call away. Get in contact and they’ll be happy to arrange a Service Engineer to carry out necessary maintenance or repairs.
