Protect your Manchester home with high-quality roofline

Roofline plays an essential role in the protection of your home, sealing your roof from a range of adverse weather conditions. This is important because, if left exposed, structural damage, rot and a host of other problems can occur. Whilst it’s essential for these parts to function correctly, weather resistance is equally important, due to the constant weather exposure. Fortunately, our range of roofline products excels in both aspects. Here at Droylsden Glass, we're able to fit individual roofline components or do a full installation, depending on your requirements.

Whilst they've been designed to last years, the beauty of our roofline products is that they're constructed from uPVC, which is a material that can be maintained with total ease. This means once they're installed on your Greater Manchester property, you needn't worry about performing any regular upkeep and can relax in the knowledge that they're protecting your home.

Where we work with roofline in Manchester and surrounding areas

Due to our close proximity to the M60, it’s easy for us to get around the Tameside & Greater Manchester area to help our customers get roofline for their properties. Homeowners in Ashton-under-Lyne regularly benefit from our high-quality roofline products, whilst a quick drive north takes us into the historical town of Oldham. A short venture south takes us into Cheadle, Marple, Romiley, and Bramhall, which are all part of the Stockport area that we cover and have been proud to serve for over 40 years.

What is the roofline on a house?

Roofline is the fascias, cladding, soffits, and bargeboards that are attached to homes right below the roof. Hence the word roofline means items that line the end of the roof. The roofline protects the roof from adverse weather conditions.

What is the difference between soffit and fascia?

A soffit is attached beneath the roof rafter tails and the fascias face outwards and run along the end of the roof. This gives the roof of a home its finishing touches, adds character and protects the roof from bad weather.
